the MFA prompt did not appear

I created a Secure Server with MFA disabled and then created a policy with Drop at High Priority. The server was getting dropped as expected. After that, I updated the Secure Server and enabled MFA, then changed the policy action from Drop to Allow. However, when I tried to SSH into the server again, the MFA prompt did not appear.
